Basic Service Items Include:

• Verify main water source is turned off upon entering AND leaving home
• Make sure all doors and windows are properly secure
  
• Inspect for signs of insects and/or rodents
  
• Check electric panel for tripped breakers (Hot Water should be turned off)
  
• Verify that A/C is working properly (Low Battery Indicator? Water in Float?)
  
• Verify condition of A/C Filter (filter should be replaced every 3-4 months)
  
• Flush/Brush toilets, run water in sinks and tub/shower (don't forget Dishwasher)
  
• Inspect Lanai and garage for rain water/mold
  
• Verify if any wind damage to Lanai/window screening
  
• Verify fridge/freezer is functioning properly (ice should be turned off)
  
• Inspect ceiling and floors for any visible signs of leaks
  
• Walk perimeter of property (home inspection)
  
• Verify that pool/spa filter is functioning properly (home inspection)
  
• Verify that outdoor water sources/hoses are turned off and coiled (home inspection)
• Inspect Garage (report any odors throughout home or garage)
• Verify if any signs of Rodents/Racoons entering Attic (inspect perimeter Soffits)
